Orders generally will ship within 7 - 10 DAYS of placement, excluding weekends and any major holidays. I go to the post office as often as possible, but it's just me - so please be patient!
I do! However, shipping orders can take 7-21 days and can sometimes even longer. Tracking is provided by the USPS until the package crosses into the Canadian boarder. Then check in with your local carrier to provide additional tracking information.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the country of acceptance. Any customs fees are not covered in the purchase price or the cost of international shipping. These fees are your responsibility as the buyer.
Once an item is scanned by USPS for delivery, I am not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please contact your local carrier to resolve the problem.
Please contact me as soon as you can if you'd like to set up a return or exchange. Orders marked as delivered by more than 14 days or products that have been visibly washed/worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
